Myers was born evil: No societal misfortune led him down that path. Myers isn't Joker, or Jason, a victim of society. The point of the Michael Myers character is that his evil wasn't nurtured: he was born that way, in spite of being raised by good parents, in an affluent suburb (Haddonfield was supposed to be an affluent suburb, not a white trash house in Zombie-land, no pun intended), having the best doctors. Rob Zombie did not understand the Michael Myers character by making him a victim of generic childhood abuse.
